Cannot access server - my cloud home

A few weeks ago plex started saying that it couldn’t access my server. After trying to reboot the server and access the settings through the (IP):32400/web/index.html#!/, nothing worked so i removed and readded the server. This then worked for about a day or so before the same thing happened again. I had bought a new my home cloud device so i set that up and removed the other and added the new one which started saying there was “indirect” access to the server, after i set it up it went down again almost instantly saying it can’t connect securely. The secure connections are set to “preferred” on all devices but it wouldn’t connect on any, i set it up again and it worked for about 2 days and now it’s gone down again and has just removed the server completely.

I use the website to manage plex, I do not use the server app, my home cloud is updated and runs fine during this time, it’s just plex that doesn’t. Please can someone help as this is getting very frustrating.
