Plex server shows as offline

Hello! My Plex server on TrueNAS shows as Offline to all users. However, everything seems to be set up correctly. I’ve read tutorials and can’t identify why it continues to show as OFFLINE. Any help would be much appreciated.

    • Plex version is the latest official version.
    • Plex container on TrueNAS shows as “Running”.
    • The port 32400 is allowed on the VPN router.
    • Secur1. e connections is set as “preferred.

TrueNAS Scale or Core??

TrueNAS Scale. One update, I can log in and see the server via the IP:32400/web. I just need to unlock the next step of seeing the server via the app.
