Plex Server Shows up as Offline or Online with no Libraries

When I try to get remote access to my Plex server libraries using my iPhone 12, I either get my server is offline or online with no available libraries. I have looked at my server and it shows remote access is enabled. I can see the libraries when I’m on my home network.
