Forgive me… I am definitely a plebeian when it comes to this particular topic… so be gentle.
I have had Plex on my Rokus at home forever - and never really had a problem. I have access to my own server located on a PC in my home, and a friend has given me access to his server. Both are currently running and functioning.
I recently activated my app on my Android phone, but ALL servers and libraries are showing offline. I checked my server, and it is not giving me the option of making it available remotely, but clearly, the other server I have access to is set to have remote access. Neither are accessible.
Any suggestions? I would like to make mine available remotely! Thanks!
