Your attached logs are from Jan so didn’t take a detailed look as they are rather old so maybe if you could post recent logs it might be more useful.
I also posted in this thread a little while ago Corrupt Database - Transferring User Information - #74 by dokuro which expanded the steps from Move Viewstate/Ratings from One Install to Another | Plex Support to include moving play history and dashboard data. So if you wanted to try that you could but do backup beforehand so you can restore if something does not work exactly for you.
