Plex Server - Something went wrong / Unexpected Error - No Longer Displaying/Playing Any Media from Libraries

Server Version#: Version 1.27.1.5891
Player Version#: Various devices, none can play library media

In Plex Server, when I click on any media tabs (tv shows, movies), I get “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.” I have tried repairing the installation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I removed the library folder locations and re-added them. I think it has been like this for about a week or so.

I have tried Optimize Database, Clean Bundles, Refresh Metadata, analyze. Nothing has helped.
