Plex server stop working, cant add folders

i have plex server in a nas synology DS918+, but yesterday, all i get is “There are no items in this library”, and I try to add folders but I don’t recognize them either.
I already deleted plex, reinstall, nothing doesn’t work.

have you checked that post on some (halfway) recent updates to the Synology server?
