It would be very nice if this directory could be configurable on the server. Syncs can fill up an SSD pretty quickly.
on what are you using sync ? becasue on win app is not working and on iOS is bugged

Syncs are only saved temporarily on the server until they are transferred to the client. Are you trying to change this temporarily location on your server? If so, it’s a subfolder of your regular transcoder folder PMS uses for streaming. You can change this folder. On a Windows PMS, there is a setting in Plex Web. For other OS, you can manually delete the folder and create a symlink to where you want it.
