Plex server unavailable after Plex app and WebOS update

Plex. Host:
DS918+
Synology firmware: DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2
Plex Media Server version: 1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4

Issue has been goin on since mid December when I last updated the TV and Plex app. Used firestick from guest bedroom through the holidays but I’d like to get this sorted. Weird thing is that I can access the the two libraries my buddies share with me.

Things I’ve tried:

-turn off secured connections(both on PMS and on the TV Plex app
-ensure on same local network(ie TV not on guest network). I’ve tried wired and wireless connections.
-Tested access on other local and remote clients(desktop, phones, tablet, other smart TV’s[vizio, Samsung]) success on all but this TV.
-Set the IP of the TV in the Plex host to allow unauthenticated access
-tried with and without served IP’s and ports manually set. I even tried my global IP as a secondary which i have set to forward the port to my plex client
-disabled pihole and firewall rules on my Palo alto firewall to rule out inadvertent restriction of access.
