Plex server unavailable

Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e

In order for plex to show, I have to sign in and sign out multiple times and link the account.
If I watch one episode of a series on my Samsung TV, for example, go back to the main page, it says the server is currently unavailable. When I go to the computer to check, there is no problem.

I’ve uninstalled the server and reinstalled but I am still getting the same problem
