Plex Server Update - Install Manually?

So I see that there is an update available for the Plex Media Server. I am running version Version 1.4.3.3433. I understand the new version is 1.4.4.

Supposed my computer downloads it, but is unable to install it, and It briefly flashes on the screen to install in manually, but I’m not sure how. How do I do that, and why won’t it install it automatically?

I uninstalled it via Windows uninstall. Then manually installed. Works…up to version 1.5.0.3501.
