Plex Server using 100% full core/thread when idle

Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395 (UnRAID official docker)

I noticed that every day there are hours where PleX using 100% of one core or one CPU thread (hyperthreading), even though it’s not playing or scanning anything. First I thought it was scheduled generating thumbnail, but the log doesn’t seem like so.
