Server Version# 1.13.5.5332-21ab172de_x86_64 on QNAP 4.3.4.0675 causes remote access to cease to function. Troubleshooting erroneously states that there is a Double-NAT situation to fix when none exists. Rolling back to the previous #1.13.5.5291 restores remote access.

I have the same problem with my Synology DS918+.

I have the same issue.

I have had the same issue for the last few versions. Every time, manually switching remote access off and back on again fixed the issue (for me, at least).

Same problem here. I have a fixed IP, but since the last update, Remote Access is borked.
None of the tips in trouble shooting works.

After several of us working on this problem, we’ve found what will be a way to resolve it.
While not at liberty to detail, I’m happy with it. I’ve been lobbying for this implementation for a while now.

I will have more to report as soon as I have something in hand to try.

The method I outlined in the original post works just fine. Simply install the previous version over 5332, and the issue goes away.

If you wish to avoid all the issues as of 1.13.5 and later, load something previous and hold there for now.
