I have a MyCloud Home single drive device running Plex version 1.32.5.7358-8f4248874. Does anyone know how to upgrade the Plex software level on this device. I’ve been in contact with WD and asked the question from the Hardware side and they offered no support at all. Just pointed me to documentation on how to install the the default version. It seems the WD device is so locked down there is very little which can be done with it.
