My Cloud Home no longer working as a remote server

Just wanted to confirm, the recent Plex updates require a version of the server that is not yet available on My Cloud Home, is that correct?

And it is up to WD as to when that may be updated

Perfect timing for me as I’ve just upgraded from a 4TB to a 12TB My Cloud Home

Just wanted to confirm I have that right before l send my new toy back and explore other avenues

Supposedly, Plex is providing WD with updated versions when they’re released. WD will then have to publish it in their environment / app center. At least that’s been my understanding.

I updated to the latest version of PLEX and now it no longer loads on MY CLOUD HOME.

When I click on the “CONFIGURE” link, it tries to take me to:

I can not connect to my library via my laptop, cellphone, or TV.
