Server Version#: Version 1.32.5.7358

I’m using 2x WD Cloud Home servers for PLex and the server version is: 1.32.5.7358
I’ve downloaded the latest version (v.1.40.5.8854-f36c552fd) of the server from Plex site and the servers are still on 1.32.5.7358.
How do I update? Does this have something to do with the lack of software support from WD?
Any help gratefully received !
Go to the MyCloud administration web page for the NAS.
Go to the Apps page.
Under Installed Apps, go to Plex and turn it off.
Then click on “Install an app manually” and select the file you downloaded.
Answer that you do wish to reinstall the app, when asked.
The update will then install and then restart when complete. Easy peasy.

Thanks for the screenshots, Isn’t that the WDCloud. I’m using a My Cloud Home server, which doesnt use the same software, which unfortunately doesnt use the same software.

I’ve just discovered this from the WDCloud website.
So looks to me like Plex/WDCloud need to update their servers!!!
Update: The WD MyCloud Home device has had a Service update :
I’m now running version : 1.40.4.8679-424562606
Unfortunately since the update, my My Cloud Home server keeps disconnecting from Plex. I have to keep re-enabling Plex every couple of hours!
I have MyCloud Home 2 servers, I’ve had no trouble with the newer server, just the slightly older server
Any Ideas how to stop plex disconnecting from MyCloud?
The next step asks me to “Configure”, which allows me to sign into my plex account.
I do this - sign in and nothing happens 9 times out of 10!
Any ideas how to stabilise my account so I can actually use Plex?
