Plex Server vs Collection/Various Artists

Hi,
I hope that I choose the correct sub forum.

I’ve a large amount of various artists cds (>200).

When a artist is only available on these samplers plex server gives me a correct list of these titels but when a artist is avaiable on artist cds and samplers the server shows only the artist cds.

If needed I could show pictures of that.

I’m running plex 1.13.5.5291 on a qnap nas hs-251+ with standard directory (multimedia)

The Android App Bubble shows it correctly artist cds plus sampler

All are tagged Album Artist “Various Artists” Collection “marked” and Artist is titel artist.

This is unfortunately the regular behavior of Plex.

Thanks for the fast reply.

Then is Plex sadly not usefull for me because I’ve too much collections.
