Plex Server will not connect

I cannot get my plex server to connect. My server is on my laptop. I am using Chrome on my laptop to bring up my server and cast shows to the tv using chromecast. I have never had any problem before with my server for years. One day I updated the server and it has not worked ever since. I have went through all the steps on plex support, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have tried using older server versions, I have tried using edge and opera browsers, I tried shutting down my firewall, and I have tried deleting my plex account and making a new one. I probably tried other things I cannot remember.

I hope someone can figure out a solution. Thank you for your help.
