Plex Server Will not Reconize my Tidal Subscription

For the 3rd time my Plex media server will not recognize I have the Tidal subscription with it!!! I sent logs I sent everything I was told, but no answers as of yet… So here I am again, So please let me know so far you guys have 2 months of my money and I have gotten nothing from Tidal side of plex…

Did you maybe use a different account to post those additional information?
All I can see is a post from May 4 that says “it’s not working”

Is this about a Tidal subscription purchased through Plex or did you link your existing Tidal subscription?

This is the one a began with… It worked for one month then njsut stopped reconizing my subscription… This needs to be fixed because this is month three and no tidal services what so ever

Is your Tidal account still linked to your Plex account (see link above: https://plex.tv/users/other-services)? Or did you get the Tidal subscription as part of signing up to Plex Pass?

It litterally at a stand still it’s like i dont exsist at all to tidal
