Plex server won't run at all

Windows 10 PC Plex server

Been loving Plex since I installed it back around New Years and after not using it for a couple weeks it won’t start or run at all. I did a search, didn’t find anything that seemed relevant. I tried the Windows “repair” option, then uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. The Plex icon pops up in the system tray for a few seconds then disappears? No changes to the PC other than routine Windows updates. WTF??

OK, never mind. I just reinstalled using the latest build and it works again. My earlier attempt had been with the build I downloaded back in January.
