Plex Server installed but will not run

Hi,

I bought a new Lenovo Laptop, downloaded the Plex Media Server, installed it, but it willl not run.
I have the little Plex Icon in the pull-up menu on the right down corner, and everytime I click on it it brings me to the server interface.
If I click on " + Media " it always brings me to the screen where it ells me to download the PLex Server.
I repeated this now a dozen times and it always downloads, installs and then disappears.

I tried eveythign from Firewalls, etc… an dit does not change the outcome.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

I had the Plex Server installedon several other PCs and also Laptops and it always worked immediately.
