I have dl Plex Media Server for Nighthawk X10 R9000. But, when logged into the netgear genie and I click ‘open plex’, it launches a new window, asking me for my router login info. I put it in, then it launches this error message, “Hmmm…can’t reach this page

I’ve tried resetting router too factory conditions, twice! and still can’t get it to work? Any ideas? I’ve turned off the Windows Defender Firewall and no luck.
