Plex shared limited media in same library for other account!

Hi

I am new to Plex.

I create another user for my daughters name “General” and I share one library on that account.

The problem is in my main account, that has 73 media and in other account “General” they just only 43.

The library was 73 when I created it on my main account.

All users on same network, no remote access:

I shared this library on "General Account:

When I switch to other account “General”, the library are 43!!?

Anyone can help me with the problem .

Did you specify any other sharing rules such as ratings? Or did you pick a specific profile when you created that user, such as “teen”. This automatically places rating restrictions on the account. From your account, check the user sharing tab, select that user and view the restrictions page?

I can’t access Restrictions because I am not subscribed to Plex Pass as shown below picture, and know that I have Walt Disney movies for kids in that library and should work with any age.

You should still see something even without a Plex Pass. Like this.

You’r right

the main problem is user was “younger Kid”, I deleted the user, then I create a new user with “None” restrictions.

Now it’s works.

You could have just edited the restriction.
