Plex Sharing issue (Ghost server that reappears)

Hey,

Okays guys, I do not really know if this threads belongs to the Server or Player part of Plex, so I’ll open it in the Server part

Since about 24h, I have “ghost” servers (aka: that I haven’t used for months) that have reappeared. The thing is : Theses servers are not linked directly to my Plex account, and should not be shared anymore with my account.

So I double-checked everything I could : Nothing inside the “share” panel nor in the authorized devices..

What I am missing ? Is there any reason why theses servers have suddenly reappeared ?

Some of my friends are having similar issue (with different servers), so it doesn’t seems to be directly linked to my account..!

(Sorry if there’s already a thread about this issue, despite some research on the forum, I haven’t found anything that matches this problem).

Thanks, it looks like the exact same issue.

Unfortunately the solution (https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms) doesn’t seems to apply here : There’s only my browser in this panel (last screen in my post).

Is there any other way to delete theses ghosts ? Only the Plex team has the possibility to do so ?

The server owner has to do that. You don’t have any servers in your account. You have only several shared servers.

I know theses are shared server, but aren’t those supposed to appears here ?https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users/friends)

Also, those server suddenly reappeared yesterday out of nowhere.

Indeed they should.
This issue is currently under investigation.

Okay, that makes me feel better! Thank you:)

Is there a place / thread to follow the news about this issue, so I do not unnecessarily bother the forum?

No, here is alright.

Hey !

It looks like the issue has been fixed  However, I do not see any info about this on the forum.

Can someone confirm if the issue is now fixed ?
