Unable to unshare libraries from a dead Plex Server

I had a Plex Server whose disk array died several months ago. I finally got around to building a new Plex Server. The problem is that I’m unable to unshare the previous Server’s libraries. The previous server doesn’t appear in the list of devices, only the new/current server. The old shares still appear on my families players and still appear in the users list as shared. I can’t change them in the user list either. My son has 4 libraries shared to him, yet only 2 show up when I attempt to edit the shares for him.

How do I make the old server and it’s shares disappear when the old server can’t be resurrected?

This appears to be an issue on our end only partially removing servers that were deleted. Our backend devs are working on rectifying it for the users that were affected but for now I have manually removed the ghost server(s) from your account.
