So I have 2 libraries I share with my family, and for some odd reason, on some of the users it says “Sharing 5 libraries with this person” and when I stop sharing my two libraries I have it says “Sharing 3 libraries with this person” without the option to see what these other 3 are?
I do not wish to remove them and re add as they will lose all of their watched progress, is there any way to fix this?
Do you have more than 1 server? That sharing count includes all servers you own.
I only have one running, I switched from PC to NAS a few months ago, how do I check if there is more than one?
Look in Plex Web under your authorized devices. If you didn’t remove the old server, the sharing rules would still exist.
You should see the other server if you look at the sharing rules you have for your user. Along the left side will list your servers.
On the user it only showed my current server, hence why I was confused, and it seemed to have brought back my old server, from 2 years ago, after the recent update (no idea why?), I have removed that and it has solved this issue.
