Plex Shows Incorrect Video Length

I am having issues with the playback of one of my videos. Under the video title it shows the correct length-4 minutes. But at the right hand side of the screen when you pull up the playback controls, it says it is 2 hrs long. So when it plays once it gets to the 4 minute mark, it will freeze up and just keep buffering. It will not go to the next video. You back out and try to replay the video, it does the same thing. I have had this issue with other videos and was able to back out and replay those videos and they play correctly. See example

Sounds like this might be a bad file that still contains the expected/original duration in its header data but does not include the full-length streams.
Can you play it to the end using a different player (e.g. VLC)?
