Plex shows TV seasons as Unavailable even though it can see and play all the episodes

One of the TV shows in my library is showing “Unavailable” for two of the seasons. The show is “Benson” (1979) and season 4 and 5 show “Unavailable” even though Plex sees that all the episodes are present and I can even play them thru the web interface. When I click on Unavailable the only thing it shows is “View XML”.

It’s been like this for months and even though it’s not affecting anything, it’s still really annoying to look at that trash can over the show poster. Is there anything I can do to get Plex to recognize that these 2 season are indeed present?

Chris

Click the three dots on one of the episodes and select “get info”

Verify that you have only one path listed for where the videos currently reside on your file system

That fixed it. I found a single episode in each season that had two paths listed, one correct and one incorrect. After deleting the incorrect paths the trash cans disappeared. A little curious that the trash can didn’t actually show on the errant episodes tho, but instead flagged the entire season as unavailable.

Thanks!

Chris
