Plex Skill music album playback "UH OH something went wrong, I will notify the Plex team"

I have a large collection of music that I playback to multiple Echo devices (4th Gen) via the Alexa skill.

Two days ago I starting receiving the error “UH OH something went wrong, I will notify the Plex team” when requesting certain albums and playlists on about 40% of requests.

The Alexa plex skill has worked quite well for years and some Albums that always played now receive this error.
I have rebooted everything and disabled and re-enabled the Plex skill.

Plex server was upgraded to Version 1.41.6.9685 a day before I noticed the issue.

Any help resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Update : Rolled back plex server to Version 1.41.5.9522 and everything works again.
no more “UH OH something went wrong, I will notify the Plex team” when requesting album/playlist playback

Update : turns out the problem returned and was not related to the update but was quickly resolved by the Plex team

So what exactly was the issue and how can someone with the same problem fix it? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Problem seems to have returned. A large number of album requests that previously played without issue suddenly return the response “UH OH something went wrong"
I posting in this thread which resolved the issue last time and seemed at the time to be part of the same issue @BigWheel

So I have found that single word playlists seem to work every time. I renamed them all to be one word and lowercase. So far no issues. Plus it’s funny to hear Alexa pronounce the new names as one word. Lol.

That’s great but not much of a solution when you have hundreds of Albums and playlists

So you get this error when playing playlists only? Is the other issue of it only playing one song also still happening?

Can we get your server logs you make the request and it happens

Dev teams are restarting back end system that Alexa use. in an hour after I post this let me know if still having issues.
