Plex skip intro button no longer showing in Chrome after moving files around

I’m having an odd issue and I can’t seem to figure it out. Until about a month ago the skip intro function was working perfectly on my roku, android phone, and my computer web client (chrome); but all of a sudden the button has stopped showing in the web cleint after I moved some files around and I can’t figure out how to get it back. I’m using the web player client in fully up-to-date google chrome, my plex server is on the newest version, and I have a plex pass. When I view the xml data for episodes, it is showing that an intro has been properly detected, and the skip intro button shows on both my roku and phone. The intro button appears and functions on every player platform but is nowhere to be found in my web browser. I’ve tried resetting my cache and cookies in chrome, but that hasn’t fixed the issue.

Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated. I love plex and have had no issues prior to this, and the skip intro was one of my favorite features.

Bump. Issue is still occurring after updating to Version 1.21.1.3876

Bump - same for me.

I let Sonarr freshen/update the file names. Plex nicely found all episodes again, the intro markers are available (xml) for the episode but the skip button is not popping up anymore in all players.

Will look this evening into whether I can somehow clear the metadata for all media. On a new server so doesn’t really matter to me if I lose anything.
