Plex slow start transcoding

hi, i have a plex server hosted at ultraseedbox. i encountered a problem.

i was in 1.14.1.5888 version of PMS, my movie was starting in 3-4 sec.

due to an internal update of the server, i was obligated to update to last version 1.16.6.1592.

Now movie start in 12 sec or even more.

where can be the problem to this ?
