Plex starts to transcode every episode after 2/3 runtime

Hey Guys, since a few weeks now, every episode i or one of my friends streams is gonna be transcoded after 2/3 of runtime of an episode. There is no difference if the episode is just 5 minutes or an hour long, with files earlier playing just fine. My machine pms is running on is not the fastest, so i rely on streaming with direct play as much as possible and transcoding only when needed.

I mainly use plex on xbox one, as my friends, so cant say if this problems appears on different clients as well. I checked my configuration but couldnt find any obvious errors, since these properties were used for a long time now.

Im willing to upload some logfiles, uf you tell me which one of the currently 91 files in the logs folder you need.

Does anyone suffer the same problem or has some tips? I thought about reinstalling the whole sstem, but this should be my last resort and would like to try different approaches beforehand. So any help is appreciated.

Im having this issue, the transcoder logs all end with:

<StateReports />
</SessionReport>

Running PMS on Ubuntu 18.04

I didn’t notice when the issue started as I also use DirectPlay, Ive downgraded to 1.14.0 it didn’t help
