Just noticed today that plex stopped downloading metadata to newly added movies. It doesnt work anymore by manually refreshing the metadata or using the match option.
All movies added basically looks like this now:
Does anyone know how i can fix this?
First step is to clear the caches. Just like any browser, they can and do get junked up if attempts fail.
Stop PMS

Refresh all metadata (for that library section)
