I’ve been on Windows since few months with Plex. Had many problems and decided to go on Ubuntu. The problems I had on Windows are gone. So that’s good news.
However, a new problem came in. Any movie or tv show I add to my media does not get any metadata. Blank page.
I’ve try deleting Cache folder in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/.
Stopping service and restarting it. Same Problem. Restarting computer didn’t solve it either.
I tried to disable completely IPV6. Didn’t fix it.
After some research, I’m out of idea.
All folder permissions are good, I’ve already checked.
I tried to force associating it to the good movie metadata, same problem.
I’ve rescan all the library and same problem too…
Could you help me please?
Note that if I edit manually, for instance the year of editor, it works and I can see the changes.
