Hey guys - recently I am having a really hard time dealing with Plex.
After choosing media to play (on any device - this happens on all devices - mobile, desktop, chromecast, nvidia shield, etc) the video just stops - no ‘buffering’, the play/pause button shows that it’s meant to be playing but the time doesn’t move.
Always playing back original quality - no subtitles.
I have made sure everything is up-to-date, I made sure hardware acceleration is on, database is optimised (through troubleshooting menu).
The media is stored on WD Reds in a DS918+ Synology NAS.
This issue has made Plex unusable for me, if someone could please help guide me in the right direction I’d appreciate it so much.
