Plex storing all recordings under "plex versions"

I decided to Optimize TV Shows and now Plex is saving all recordings under “Plex Versions” folder. It is suppose to save TV Shows under the E:\Show directory. Before doing optimization the shows would record appropriately with the name of the show. Now recordings are being saved under E:\Show\Plex Versions\ and then under what season the recording is; however, I have no idea what show is under what Season.

Before Optimization, recordings saved under E:\Show:
E:\Show
– Property Brothers (2011)
– Property Brothers Buying & Selling (2014)

After Optimization, recordings now saved under E:\Show\Plex Versions:
– Optimized for TV
– Season 09 {Suits (2011) recordings saved here}
– Season 13 {Property Brothers (2011) now saved here}
– Season 14 {Property Brothers Buying & Selling (2014) now saved here}

I would like all shows to show up under the E:\Show folder like before and only optimized under E:\Show\Plex Versions

From the articles about optimization, doing an optimization will always result in a “Plex Versions” directory being created if it didn’t exist. Depending on the Optimization settings your chose, that directory will either be in E:\Show or it will be buried down in where the original source file was.

If you’re seeing something different, please again type out your exact directory structure, but including all the subdirectories down to several example video files, the mkv or mp4. You made a good start, but you abbreviated a lot of important detail.
