Hello.
i have a desktop with PMS installed on it (ryzen 9 5900X CPU, NVME SSD, 128GB ram).
movies are stored on a QNAP NAS.
player is samsung TV (4k).
in some movies sometimes there is a stutter for a split sec and from that point the audio and video are out of sync.
most recent example is a 1080p movie (again, TV is 4K) and for some reason the Plex transcoding service is working on my desktop during that movie (movie is set to play at 1080 original).
how can I troubleshoot this thing?
there is obviously plenty of CPU power. fast access to NAS (1GB - which is plenty for a 1080p 17GB file).
any assistance will be appreciated.
