Plex subtitles encoding on ubuntu 20

Hello,

I have a wrong subtitles encoding when I upload them. When I update my server installation I have this:

I think I just need to change Lang Encoding: en_US.UTF-8 to Lang Encoding: fr_FR.UTF-8

How can I do that please?

Why do you think you have to do that?

Because I have this problem on French subtitles only, but it’s my best clue, if you have any other idea I’m listening

What kind of subtitles are you using? External or embedded?
If external, could you zip one example and send it to me?
