Hello. So when I try to watch any movie in my Plex library on my computer, the maximum bandwidth it allows is 720kbps. I have been trying to figure this out for the past two days to no avail. I attached a screenshot showing what I mean. Both the server and the computer I am trying to stream on are wired connections. Plus in the settings everything concerning video quality is set to original quality.

These settings only concern the web browser where they are made. This applies to everything under Settings - Web
The maximum quality you are seeing in this dropdown is dependent on the actual file that is being played. Please post the Plex XML info of this particular movie.
Here you go!

OK, thanks for that.
Now, if you go on the affected device to the main page of the Plex app.
There is somewhere a ‘server selector’ which tells the ‘friendly name’ you have set for your server.
Is there a yellow exclamation mark beside it or the word ‘indirect’?
Thanks for the fast reply! There is no yellow exclamation mark but it does say indirect. I don’t know why that would be…
Ok, I don’t know if this helps but it only streams max at 720kbps on all devices that say indirect, not just the 1 computer that I said before.

That is expected. Indirect = Plex Relay
You probably have ‘Secure Connections’ set to ‘Required’.
