Plex Suddenly Requesting Remote Watch Pass For Local Content

Why is Plex asking for me to pay for a Remote Pass for my local content? Nothing has changed with my internet. All devices are on same network in my home. They are Roku TV’s. Version 9.0.34.10854-d6855ec86-Plex. Not sure what other info to give.
