Plex support forum

Seen this online and instantly thought of Plex support forum:(

Someone who apparently has or had a rather extensive history of participating in these forums felt that they were ignored. Took their business elsewhere only to return and remind everyone why they left when no one noticed.

I’m not at all curious about the particular details, mind you. Just mystified at the behavior.

True I have been around a while. Just that’s me in the 3rd picture replying to someones concern with lack of support by Plex. Just wish they were more involved:(. I still try to make Plex work for myself but it’s tuff with the support. If no one says anything, then nothing will change.

Plex support forum could and should be better. If you’ve found something better then by all means use it.

You don’t seem to have lacked for engagement from these forums consequently your recycled Facebook meme seems unfair:

I’m having the same problem.

Yeah I’m trying to figure out a solution to motivate Plex employees to respond. Although I respect dDuke’s opinion I can’t figure out a different way to go about it. I’ve tried opening topics, tagging what I think is the appropriate employees , emailing employees to no avail. If the problems go unaddressed their unfortunately never going to get fixed.

Im with you. After 3 month, my thread was closed :pensive:
