Plex support won't reply to issues with Shield Pro 2019 - DV playback issues

Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024

Shield Pro 2019 version: 9.1.1 (33.2.0.157)

Issues:

  1. I play a DolbyVision+DolbyAtmos demo track video with TrueHD7.1 soundtrack.
    Dolby Atmos works but there is no picture OR the picture will display 30 seconds after the audio has already started, causing a huge out-of-sync.
    The same videos are working perfectly with Kodi, DirectPlayer and ExoPlayer.

  2. I play TopGun: Maverick 4k DolbyVision+DolbyAtmos - Choppy playback, lots of buffering then a Plex message saying that my server is not strong enough to play this video.

Setup:

  1. Plex is set to not transcode local media files

  2. Movies/Other demo videos are stored on a “NAS” (4TB HDD). That NAS is a my Asus RT-AX88U router which is quite capable of working as a NAS. All other media players I use have no issues with DV+DA 4K playback from that NAS

  3. Shield is LAN wired to the router.

Same issue with Top Gun Maverick

I use a Synology DS920 for storing files and a Windows PC for my Plex Media Server

Still no response from Plex team.
Lame.

Sharing a mediainfo might be more helpful.

What is mediainfo?
The movies I listed are not enough?
