I’m unable to sync certain items in my library to my Samsung S9 or iPad. Other media syncs just fine. The ones that do not work fail immediately and never even begin conversion. A generic “unable to convert item” message shows up on the Sync page with a little caution icon. I have repeated the error several times for the movie “Game Night (2018)” and attached logs. Can someone help me figure out what is going on? Not using any SRT files. Update - I’ve found that if I choose 4 Mbps 720p the conversion starts and completes. If I choose 8 Mbps 1080p it fails. The source file is H265 1080p with an AC35.1 soundtrack. I’ve tried removing the subtitles from the file but it didn’t make any difference.
I am having a similar issue, but doesn’t sound like the exact same issue. Is your file using TrueHD audio (7.1)?
