Update - I’ve found that if I choose 4 Mbps 720p the conversion starts and completes. If I choose 8 Mbps 1080p it fails. The source file is H265 1080p with an AC35.1 soundtrack. I’ve tried removing the subtitles from the file but it didn’t make any difference.
