Plex Sync Hung On Conversion

After a recent server upgrade my devices are no longer able to sync. Is there any way to clear the conversion queue manually to get this to work again?

I’ve tried the following recomendations from various threads, but had no luck:

  • Start and Resume Conversion
  • Delete all sync items and create new
  • Delete all optimized versions
  • Disable priority to streaming transcodes

At a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.

Seem to have solved this by deleting the file that seemed to be at the top of the queue and removing all Plex Version folders created from optimized versions.
