Please Help: Conversion Queue Stopped Suddenly

Hi, I’m using version 1.1.4.2757-24ffd60 of Media Server on Windows 10.

I’ve been using it for years now and I often sync items to my phone/tablet and also the space I have on Google Drive with the CloudSync feature.

All was working fine until yesterday however when Plex just stopped converting new media. It just says waiting

I changed the directory that temporary transcoded files are held in to see if that helped but so far all it’s done it make a new folder with nothing inside it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bc1fs4ds1h77k1u/5.PNG?dl=0

I have no idea how this has happened, I’ve restarted Plex, restarted my PC, reauthroised the CloudSync partnership, removed some media to see if that was holding it up, added new media (just a regular mp4 from YouTube), but nothing seems to be letting this queue commence conversion.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Tried so many things, ended up rolling back to several previous versions until it seemed to work at v 0.9.1606.1993-5089475

Bizarre, but for the second time in 2 years & as much as I love Plex & think the yearly cost is fantastic, the customer service model of just sending people to support forums is awful. (That’s not a dig at anyone here, but instead the company that call themselves Plex).

Hope the above solution helps anyone if they get in this situation anyway.
