Plex sync recently added media to library doesn't work

I’m trying to sync 5 recently added movies that I’ve uploaded yesterday to the synced folder at my NAS directory but plex wont sync them even when I’m forcing a Sync job on the library.

The same happen 4 days ago where I’ve uploaded an episode from a serie that I’m watching and it didn’t sync. Only when I’ve updated the plex media server when the plex restarted might have triggered the sync job and finally found it after the restart.

I’ll try to restart the server once more but if it finds it after why did it not respond to the manual sync job that I’m trying to execute??

mate its never worked for me
ive literally spend hours a week downloading film covers to upload to plex

i have a plex pass but what a waste. plex truly is the worst piece of software we all love to hate

Unfortunatelly I’m about to share the same opinion as you!

I’m also paying them the plex Pass in which we don’t get the basic functions to work properly. This way this gets useless.

I’ve made a server reboot and I can confirm that the directory folder was successfully synced.

Forcing the manual sync job doesn’t work!!
