Hi,
as a plexpass member I use the sync feature of Plex on my Apple devices.
When I look in the plexapp under my local device I do not see any film or music, when I look in the plexapp under sync I see the music an d films which have been synced I have the option to delete them.
What went wrong, what can I do to solve the problem?
