I have a plex pass. I have also invited a friend to sync media to. When I select tv shows and look for the sync option it is not there. Previously I had another account trying to get this thing to work and it was there. Please help. Here is a picture of my screen.\
Yea I finally saw the sync option. I appeared when I was optimizing my library. After the items are synced to a device how do I complete the process? When I go to the items after they are synced and click on say the movies it lists all of the movies that were converted. The only problem is each movie says waiting for download. Is there something I am supposed to do on the device end to move the movies over?
