I am a Plex Pass subscriber, and I recently upgraded to v 1.8.4.4249-3497d6779. When I go to select music playlists in my music library, the “Sync” menu option is missing. The other options “Shuffle,” “Play Next,” “Add to Queue,” and “Delete” are still there, but “Sync” is completely missing. Playlists that were already synced to my Android phone are still there, but I no longer have the option to sync additional playlists to the phone.
In the Plex settings, the software recognizes my Android OS phone. I’ve verified my subscription status. I’ve tried logging out and logging back into Plex. I’ve rebooted my Windows 10 PC more than once. Creating new playlists doesn’t make any difference.
Was the feature deliberately removed from the most recent version of Plex? Is there an obvious setting I am overlooking? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
